Shipping policy

1. When will my order arrive?
India: We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

International: Worldwide shipping is free but duties and taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

2. When will my order arrive?
All orders, except hand-tufted rugs and other handmade products, are delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of shipping. Our team will reach out to you should there be any delays in the delivery process. 

Rug orders: For a rug, the delivery depends on the production timeline. Each rug is made to order and can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to reach you, depending on the size and intricacy of the rug.

3. How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation notifications via email. An email is also sent once your order is shipped which contains the Tracking ID.

4. Are there any additional fees?

For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all tax included.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
